Customized Therapeutic Massage:
You will receive a customized blend of massage styles to relieve tension and pain while relaxing both mind and body. Your session begins with a discussion about your current and past pain issues, injuries, treatment goals, and your preference for massage pressure (see below). A few Hot Stones as well as steamed towels are integrated into your massage as luxurious, no-cost add-ons. We emphasize quality over quantity at our practice, so you will receive the full session time on the massage table, unlike the shorter sessions offered by most franchise massage establishments.

What to Expect During Your Customized Massage:
40 Minutes
Perfect for those who need to be in and out in under an hour. This is NOT a full body massage; It is a targeted session on 1-3 focused areas. This session is 'call to schedule' and scheduling is done with consideration of the therapists in order to avoid gaps in their schedules.
60 Minutes
This session provides a general, full body massage on 1-3 areas of focused work.
90 Minutes
This is the most popular session with our clients, as the extra half hour allows for a full body massage as well as targeted work on 1-3 areas.
120 Minutes
This extended session allows for more detailed work and more stretches, which is very useful for clients who are taller, more muscular, or who simply need the extra time.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle form of massage used to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphedema. Lymphedema often affects people recovering from breast cancer surgery.
Lymphedema happens when your tissues retain fluid left behind after your cardiovascular system sends blood to your tissues and organs.
The remaining fluid is called lymph. Normally, your lymphatic system collects your lymph and returns it to your heart via a network of lymph vessels and lymph nodes. When something disrupts your lymphatic system's process, lymph collects in your arms and legs, making them swell.
A massage therapist uses lymphatic drainage massage techniques to move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes, which eases the swelling in your tissues.

CB Deep Bodywork Reset Massage:
Your customized massage, as described above, will be enhanced with highly-concentrated oil and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation). Our topically-applied treatment infuses 86mg of power anti-inflammatory oil per treatment, providing faster and longer-lasting relief of tension and pain while relaxing both mind and body. Skillful use of IASTM tools allows for “a skilled intervention that includes the use of specialized tools to manipulate the skin, myofascia, muscles, and tendons by various direct compressive stroke techniques.” This combination allows for focused treatment of muscle fibers adhesions, tendinous attachments, and stuck fascia.
