Cancellation Policy (updated 12-2-23)

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A no-show or late cancellation rescheduling leaves a hole in your therapist's schedule that negatively impacts their income and blocks another client from booking your appointment time. To avoid missed appointment fees, please call us at 412-626-2648 with as much advance notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 24 hours of your session will incur a $70 late cancel fee; It will be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 4 hours of your session will incur a charge for the full cost of the service; It will also be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Note: If we are able to book another patient at the time of your appointment, we will waive this fee.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

When PennDOT announces a weather-related State of Emergency for Pittsburgh, we close the clinic for everyone’s safety. Appointments that are canceled by us for this reason are never charged a fee. 

Everyone has their own risk tolerance level when it comes to driving in inclement weather. If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment due to weather concerns and our clinic remains open, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment unless we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list.
